Description

Enter the Unknown at Rosa 2025.

Rosa Festival began as a single tent in 2020 that offered an intimate experience of underground electronic music. It has since evolved into a multi-faceted celebration, incorporating art installations, workshops, and a diverse range of musical genres. Rosa has become a transformative multi-day event that encourages individual expression and fosters deep connections among attendees, offering a catalyst for personal growth, creative expression, and community building.

Our goal is to provide a platform for both established and emerging artists, fostering an environment where new ideas can flourish and unexpected collaborations can take root. We believe in the power of shared experiences to break down barriers and create lasting connections.

Rosa Festival is committed to making a positive impact beyond the festival grounds. We work closely with local communities in the Peak District, supporting local businesses and artisans.

Once our Rosa Audio program is fully developed we aim to provide year-round support to emerging electronic music artists, offering mentorship, production resources, and performance opportunities outside of the festival. We believe that by nurturing talent and fostering creativity, we can contribute to the vibrant future of the music industry.”

Hearthworks is delighted to be able to welcome you to stay in our Tipi Tents at Rosa Festival. You can stay in your accommodation for 3 nights at Kenslow Farm, Middleton-By-Youlgreave in the heart of the Peak District. Arrival is available at any time from midday on Friday 20th of June 2025, and you then need to leave by midday on Monday the 23rd of June 2025.

Your accommodation will be ready for you & waiting when you arrive, so you can just drop your bags inside and head out to meet up with friends, or have a rest after your journey.

To check in, simply come to our Reception point on arrival and give us the Lead Name of the booking & the Order Reference number. We’ll then show you to your accommodation. You don’t even all need to arrive at the same time.

You will have access to toilets and drinking water during your stay. These are provided by the event rather than ourselves, who also arrange things like where our area is and the parking.

How do I find my accommodation on our arrival?

We send a Welcome email out a few days before the event, with arrival details and helpful information. We include a site map if the event has provided one, as well as specific details of how to find our onsite reception team.

When can I arrive and when must I leave by?

Your accommodation will be ready for you from the time the event opens to the time it closes.

Please be aware that you are still in the great outdoors and you will be staying in a festival field. Here are some things which we advise that you bring with you:

Torch – extra lighting to help you when you get back to your tent at night is very helpful.

Warm clothes  even though its summer, the weather can still get cold.

Sensible footwear – you will be walking through festival fields, so sensible / waterproof footwear is advised.

Extra blanket – even if you book accommodation with bedding included you may wish to bring extra blankets to keep you warm at night. British summer nights can be chilly.

Extra options

Ordering an additional mattress to use with your own bedding:

We use futon / foam type mattresses for you to sleep on with your own sleeping bag or bedding. Don’t forget to bring a pillow, and remember that having a blanket under you can really help keep you warm through the night.

Please don’t add any more mattresses than your structures maximum capacity, or ther won’t be room for them. (And working to the maximum will mean there’s not muchfloor space that isn’t covered with beds.)

Furnishings in Hearthworks’ accommodation at Rosa include:

  • Heavy-duty Waterproof groundsheet and carpet flooring
  • Entrance mat and waste bin
  • an LED Lantern
  • Handmade decorative rugs
  • A low rosewood table, about the size you’d have at a bedside
