  • Floor covering
  • Entrance mat and waste bin
  • an LED Lantern

Can I add a Furnishings Package and/or Beds & Bedding?

Yes, you can. Every group is unique, and sometimes people want just Beds & Bedding or just Furnishings, sometimes it’s a bit of everything, and sometimes folks just prefer to bring their own gear.

We offer Mattresses (with OR without Bedding) as separate items so you can customise your order to be exactly what you need. If you don’t want to order beds you can bring your own.

  • You can order just a mattress to go with your own sleeping bag / bedding & pillow.
  • Or, for ultimate ease, you can order a mattress that includes all the bedding (sheet, pillow in a case, duvet in a cover and a blanket.)

If you’re choosing a mix of Mattresses with Bedding and Mattress Only (for use with your own bedding) please keep to the maximum total in our suggested arrangements for either option.

Have a look at the Extra Options tab for detailed description of what’s in the Furnishings package.

And check out the Order Info tab to learn more about what to expect when you stay with us at this event, the deadline for your final payment if you’re just making a deposit now, and how the check in procedure works.

Extra options

Beds & Bedding options

We offer Single or Double mattresses, which are laid simply on the ground, camping-style. You can order just the foam/futon style mattress OR you can include all the bedding, too.

Bedding consists of a sheet, a 13.5 tog duvet in a duvet cover, a pillow in a pillowcase (per person) and a recycled wool blanket.

Bear in mind that fitting rectangles inside circles isn’t straightforward, so you need to choose a bed configuration from the options on the drop down menu, as we know that these ones work. If you don’t see what you want in the options, it may be that the arrangement doesn’t work – but do use our contact form to ask, as it may simply be that that option is so popular that it’s out of stock.

And if you’re choosing a mix of Beds with Bedding and Mattresses for use with your own beddingjust remember to work to the maximum total in our suggested arrangements for either option.

Furnishings – keep it Simple, or add Classic Furnishings.

What’s always included with your order:

  • Heavy-duty Waterproof groundsheet and carpet flooring
  • Entrance mat and waste bin
  • an LED Lantern

Add Classic Furnishings:

  • Handmade decorative rugs
  • Large floor cushions to sit on
  • A low rosewood table, about the size you’d have at a bedside
  • a small mirror

What exactly is a 12v USB Charger Table?

It’s a 12v battery built into one of our small rosewood tables, with USB sockets and an old fashioned car charger socket, too.

With it, you can keep your phone and other small gadgets charged all weekend. The Charger table also provides high quality illumination at the flick of switch. We introduced these to our hire range back in 2012, and they’ve been a popular choice ever since.

A Charger table provides approx 120-200 watt-hours of low voltage DC electricity, which is enough for:

  • around 100 hours of light using the built-in lights
  • 20 to 30 charges of a 2019 smartphone
  • 10 to 20 charges of a typical tablet
  • 50+ charges of a camera battery
  • 10 hours running of a small fan
  • You may also charge a medium sized laptop twice provided you aren’t using the power table too much for other appliances.

You will need to bring suitable adapters for your gadgets – the table comes with 2 x 5V USB sockets and a single 12V car accessory socket. USB-C fast charging is currently not supported however charging will still work at a slower rate.

The Charger table is not suitable for appliances with high power draw. Typically, any car appliance that instructs you to ‘run engine when in use’ will be unsuitable, as well as anything that heats, cools, or has a large battery that needs charging.

Here’s a list of what NOT to use the table for:

  • 12V kettles
  • 12V fridges
  • 12V space heaters
  • hair dryers
  • professional video cameras
  • large laptops
  • drone batteries
  • 15 inch or larger TV’s and TV game consoles

Airbed inflators are fine, however, as they are typically only used briefly.

We don’t recommend using a 240v inverter as they waste a lot of electricity and can be a shock hazard when even slightly damp, however, we realise they can be useful on occasions, so if you bring one use it sparingly.

Order information

Into the Wild: A Celebration of All Things Wild and Beautiful.

Into the Wild has a wider variety and more workshops than any other small festival, with something for every one and every age. It is like a wild village, a community that you become part of for life, meeting new and like-minded people who want to create a better world together.

The focus is on wild nature, wild crafts, new music and wilder workshops. Always, the vision is simply to fall in love with life.

What to expect when you stay with Hearthworks:

Checking in: Your accommodation will be ready for you & waiting when you arrive. You can drop your bags inside and immediately head out to meet up with friends, or you can rest after your journey. You just need to come to our Reception point with the Lead Name of your booking and the Order Reference number. You’ll then be shown to your accommodation. It’s all very simple, and your party members don’t even need to arrive at the same time.

When to pay your Balance on orders secured with just a Deposit: We ask for Final Balance Payments to be made 3 weeks before events open to the public. This is by the 5th of August 2026 for Into the Wild.

Late orders and additions: You can still place an order (or add items like beds to an existing order) after this point, subject to availability & our vehicle logistics. Late orders do not have the option of Deposit payments & must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

To add items onto an existing booking or to request a change to a different size or type of unit, please contact us directly by phone on +44(0) 1749 321210 or send us a message quoting the Lead Name of the booking and the Order Reference Number. We are happy to make changes to your order, subject to availability at the time of your request.

If you’d like your accommodation placed next to a friend’s,you can request this by adding their Lead Name and Order Number in the Notes when booking or by messaging us with both booking details. Requests must be made at least a week before the event, before our Team Leaders create the placement plan. While we’ll do our best to keep units together, logistical factors may prevent this, so we can’t guarantee it.

We don’t offer cooking facilities, but you are welcome to bring your own camping stove and to use it mindfully (and with the door open for safe airflow) to ensure you don’t damage the canvas or flooring. All of our canvas is treated to meet British Standards for fire resistance, and our insurance allows for fires in our structures.

You will have access to toilets and showers during your stay. These are provided by the event rather than by us. The event organisers also determine the location of our area and the parking arrangements.

How do I find my accommodation on our arrival? We send a Welcome email out a few days before the event, with arrival details and helpful information. We include a site map if the event has provided one, as well as specific details of how to find our onsite reception team.

When can I arrive and when must I leave by? Your accommodation will be ready for you from the time the event opens to the public to the time it closes. (NOTE: If you are an early-arriving event staff member and have booked accommodation with us, please let us know when you are arriving so we can prioritise setting your accommodation up & explain how to rendezvous with our team before our Reception is open.)

There are some things which we advise that you bring with you. We really want you to be comfortable when you stay with us. Even though you’re “Glamping” do remember that you will be staying in a festival field in the great outdoors. So, bring all of your usual travel items like toiletries, sunscreen, medications, and clean clothes. It’s also good to include:

Torch – extra lighting to help you when you get back to your tent at night is super useful.

Warm clothes even though its summer, the weather can still get cold and it may also rain. For example, a sweater and a simple rain poncho are really helpful.

Sensible footwear – you will be walking through festival fields, so sensible / waterproof footwear is advised. Also bring one more pair of socks than you think you’ll need.

A small First Aid Kit – with antiseptic wipes and plasters (especially blister plasters) comes in handy.

A Refillable Water Container – because it’s super important to stay hydrated. Bear in mind that many sites prefer you not to bring glass.

Extra Blanket or Wrap – even if your accommodation includes bedding, you may wish to bring an extra blanket if you’re a chilly person. British summer nights can be quite cold, and you may want to sit on it outside in the evenings.
