Description

Our popular 5m Tipitents are an ideal budget option for small groups (up to 4 adults) that offer stylish accommodation with rugged construction to keep you cosy if the weather is anything but sunny.

Your accommodation will be set up for you and will be simply furnished with:

  • Waterproof groundsheet
  • Floor covering
  • Entrance mat and waste bin
  • an LED Lantern

Can I add a Furnishings Package and/or Beds & Bedding?

Yes, you can. Every group is unique, and sometimes people want just Beds & Bedding or just Furnishings, sometimes it’s a bit of everything, and sometimes folks just prefer to bring their own gear.

We offer Mattresses (with OR without Bedding) as separate items so you can customise your order to be exactly what you need. If you don’t want to order beds you can bring your own.

  • You can order just a mattress to go with your own sleeping bag / bedding & pillow.
  • Or, for ultimate ease, you can order a mattress that includes all the bedding (sheet, pillow in a case, duvet in a cover and a blanket.)

If you’re choosing a mix of Mattresses with Bedding and Mattress Only (for use with your own bedding) please keep to the maximum total in our suggested arrangements for either option.

Have a look at the Extra Options tab for detailed description of what’s in the Furnishings package.

And check out the Order Info tab to learn more about what to expect when you stay with us at this event, the deadline for your final payment if you’re just making a deposit now, and how the check in procedure works.

Extra options

Classic Tipitent Furnishings – keep it simple or add more comfort.

Your Tipitent will always include a heavy-duty Waterproof groundsheet, carpet flooring, an entrance mat and waste bin plus an LED Lantern. Many people find this a good baseline, and just bring their own favourite camping items.

If you want to travel light but also have more comfort, you can add a Classic Furnishings pack. This includes:

  • Handmade decorative rugs
  • Large floor cushions to sit on
  • Lanterns
  • A low rosewood table, about the size you’d have at a bedside
  • a small Mirror

Beds & Bedding options

We offer Single or Double futon / foam style mattresses to add to your order. They are laid simply on the ground, camping-style.

You can bring your own bedding & pillow to use with them, or you can order a mattress with bedding included. Our bedding consists of a sheet, a 13.5 tog duvet in a duvet cover, a pillow in a pillowcase (per person) and a blanket

Bear in mind that fitting rectangles inside circles isn’t straightforward, so you need to choose a bed configuration from the options on the drop down menu, as we know that these ones work. If you don’t see what you want in the options, it’s probably because the arrangement doesn’t work very well – but do use our contact form to ask.

If you’re choosing a mix of Beds with Bedding and Mattresses for use with your own beddingplease keep to the maximum with bedding total in our suggested arrangements for either option.

Order information

What to expect when you stay us:

Go back to your wild roots at Into the Wild, where the event team create a vibrant and beautiful wild village full of wonder. The Summer Gathering is a very special event; a smaller, more intimate festival, with a focus on wild nature, wild crafts, new music and wilder workshops. Always, the vision is simply to fall in love with life & inspire people of all ages.

Checking in: Your accommodation will be ready for you & waiting when you arrive. You can drop your bags inside and immediately head out to meet up with friends, or you can have a little snooze after your journey. You just need to come to our Reception point with the Lead Name of your booking and the Order Reference number. You’ll then be shown to your accommodation. It’s all very simple, and your party members don’t even need to arrive at the same time.

When to pay your Balance on orders secured with just a Deposit: We ask for Final Balance Payments to be made 3 weeks before events open to the public. This is by 30 July 2025 for Into the Wild.

Late orders and additions: You can still place an order (or add items like beds to an existing order) after this point, subject to availability and our vehicle logistics. Late orders do not have the option of Deposit payments, and must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

To add items onto an existing booking or to request a change to a different size or type of unit, please contact us directly by phone on +44(0) 1749 321210 or send us a message quoting the Lead Name of the booking and the Order Reference Number. We are happy to make changes to your order, subject to availability at the time of your request.

If you have a friend that has also booked with us, you can request to have your accommodation placed together by either mentioning their Lead Name & Order Number in the Notes when you place your order, or by messaging us with the Lead Booking Names & Order Reference Numbers for the units you’d like grouped. You’ll need to request this before our Team Leaders arrive on site to do their placement plan, which is generally about a week before the event. Do bear in mind that occasionally there are logistical factors that mean we can’t site units together so we can’t guarantee that you’ll be together, but we’ll always do our best for you.

We don’t offer cooking facilities, but you are welcome to bring your own camping stove and to use it mindfully (and with the door open for safe airflow) to ensure you don’t damage the canvas or flooring. All of our canvas is treated to meet British Standards for fire resistance, and our insurance allows for fires in our structures.

You will have access to Toilets and Showers during your stay. These are provided by the event rather than ourselves, who also arrange things like where our area is and the parking.

How do I find my accommodation on our arrival? We send a Welcome email out a few days before the event, with arrival details and helpful information. We include a site map if the event has provided one, as well as specific details of how to find our onsite reception team.

When can I arrive and when must I leave by? Your accommodation will be ready for you from the time the event opens to the public to the time it closes. (NOTE: If you are an early-arriving event staff member and have booked accommodation with us, please let us know when you are arriving so we can prioritise setting your accommodation up & explain how to rendezvous with our team before our Reception is open.)

There are some things which we advise that you bring with you. We really want you to be comfortable when you stay with us. Even though you’re “Glamping” do remember that you will be staying in a festival field in the great outdoors. So, bring all of your usual travel items like toiletries, sunscreen, medications, and clean clothes. It’s also good to include:

Torch – extra lighting to help you when you get back to your tent at night is super useful.

Warm clothes even though its summer, the weather can still get cold and it may also rain. For example, a sweater and a simple rain poncho are really helpful.

Sensible footwear – you will be walking through festival fields, so sensible / waterproof footwear is advised. Also bring one more pair of socks than you think you’ll need.

A small First Aid Kit – with antiseptic wipes and plasters (especially blister plasters) comes in handy.

A Refillable Water Container – because it’s super important to stay hydrated. Bear in mind that many sites prefer you not to bring glass.

Extra Blanket or Wrap – even if your accommodation includes bedding, you may wish to bring an extra blanket if you’re a chilly person. British summer nights can be quite cold, and you may want to sit on it outside in the evenings.
