Wedding Parties

Wedding services: For any of the following Wedding Services please contact us for pricing and further details.

1) Big Wedding Yurt
For Wedding parties of up to 100 people we can offer a delightful Big Wedding Yurt that is 10m (32 ft) diameter. The Yurt is from white canvas with a decorative green and red trim. The interior has a cotton lining featuring a traditional Indian block print design. We can arrange lighting, heating, seating and even music and drinks. Please contact us for more details and photos of the Big Wedding Yurt. We always do our best to cater to individual requirements.

2) Honeymoon Tipi or Yurt
For a very special Wedding night we can install a lavishly decorated Honeymoon Tipi or Yurt. Furnished with a choice of exquisite carpets, yakskin rugs, silk bolsters, decorative lanterns, sculptures, vases, flowers and more. We can provide a double bed and bedding and many extras including lighting and wood burning stove. Let us create a sumptuous Honeymoon suite for your wedding night and it will be a truly unforgettable experience.

1) Bespoke Branding
We can design and build a Tipi or Yurt to promote your business. Choose your company colours, logo, motif, and style. Utilising a wide range of techniques including canvas design, screen printing , painting, carpentry and metalwork. Eye-catching tents for exhibitions, outdoor events, cafes, group rooms and other uses.

2) Honey in the Hearth
Hearthworks has teamed up with ‘Honey In The Heart’ to offer personnel development packages with Integrity. Together we combine Tribal structures, Wild outdoor Experiences and Native Natural Medicine allowing an exceptional and unique way of helping to develop groups and Individuals. Activities can include Canoeing, Archery, Walking, Survival Skills, Sweat Lodge, Talking Circles, Medicine Walks and Ceremony all set in a close context with nature.  Please contact us to develop and tailor a package to your requirements.

Camping

Camping services: For any of the following Camping Services please contact us for pricing and further details.

1) Bridge Farm Campsite, Glastonbury. This is a lovely small campsite just a few miles outside Glastonbury. There are great views of Glastonbury Tor and a chance to see rural Somerset farming life in action. The campsite facilities include toilets, showers and electric points. Children and dogs are welcome. This secluded site is set to become very popular and there is no extra charge other than the Hire prices listed.

2) Rocks East woodland Bath: Situated within an ancient woodland a few miles outside Bath, Rocks East is a wonderful campsite with all the usual facilities such as showers and toilets. There are many delights to discover such as a sculpture trail and hidden garden, and for those wanting to be immersed in nature, Rocks East is a real gem. Hearthworks will be delighted to arrange your Tipi and Yurt Hire and you will be charge the usual campsite fees by Rocks East Woodland.

3) Bushy Coombe Glastonbury: Bushy Combe Nature Reserve is a beautiful valley on the side of Chalice Hill and only a short walk from Glastonbury town High Street. The site is limited to small groups for quiet healing retreats. There is a shower and toilet available and delicious Oriental cuisine by arrangement. The costs are as listed on the Hire prices but there is an extra charge of £10 per person per night.

Event Services

Event services: For any of the following Event Services please contact us for pricing and further details.

1) Tipi Village: A popular concept that is a beautiful addition to any existing event. Hearthworks can offer an area dedicated to Tipi camping. With up to 100 Tipis available for hire, there is the opportunity for the event to take a good comission on hired Tipis. Features include a Tipi Reception where new arrivals will be welcomed to the site, and a Tipi Maintenance team to ensure that the Tipis are properly managed during the event. Hearthworks can manage the booking process and work together with the Event organisers to make the Tipi Village a wonderful experience for everyone involved. The Tipi Village can be combined with any of our other event services listed below.

2) Big Tipi Cafe: The Tipi Cafe is housed in a large 25 ft diameter Tipi that can seat up to 50 people. The idea of the Cafe is to provide a relaxing 'chill out' space with comfy seating and a colourful ambience. The Cafe sells a range of hot beverages and snacks provided by a qualified and experienced catering team. The large Tipi becomes a meeting point and landmark on the site, aswell as being a cosy cafe and welcome retreat from the main event.

3) Sushi Yurt Restaurant: The very special Sushi Yurt Restaraunt is a unique concept in outdoor events. This sumptuous fully serviced restaurant is well suited to a VIP or Hospitality area. The Yurt is lavishly decorated and diners are treated to first class Japanese cuisine. The Yurt is serviced by a professional catering crew and seperate kitchen Tent. The Sushi Yurt has already proved itself extremely popular and often becomes one of the most desirable places to dine in a field!

4) Yurt Sauna: Last year we launched our very own wood-fired Yurt Sauna, and it is such a great success that we are now developing a complete 'Nomadic Spa'. The 10 ft Sauna Yurt is finished in striking black canvas, and has a beautiful carved wooden door. It can hold up to 12 people and is enclosed within a private garden area that includes a changing room Tipi and outdoor shower. Adding a touch of luxury to any event, the Sauna is a great way to stay healthy and clean whilst enjoying outdoor living.
